GLASS ART SOCIETY Technology Advancing Glass (TAG) Grant!
Technology Advancing Glass (TAG) provides an annual research grant to an artist or group of artists exploring new materials, techniques, making methods, or applications of technology that will generally advance the field of art made with glass. Last year we received 39 unique and innovative proposals. The committee is looking forward to seeing what this year’s applicants will bring to the table!
Project proposals are open for ideas such as: new materials, production techniques, safe shipping techniques, new tools, adhesives, ways to create glass sculpture animated with electronics… and beyond. Proposals are limited only by the imagination of our artists.
